Both voices are quite similar yes. Highly pitched and melodious. This band (Isbells from Belgium/Flandria) is quite fresh or contemporary though and I think they listened to Nash or the quartet Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young earlier. Listening to the next songs I say they're definitely influenced by them....
