No, you're not. These threads make me feel bad, bringing back unhappy memories of not being chosen.

I had no idea that was the irony. I couldn't figure what the irony of the thread was.

When I saw this thread, I did feel bad for all those who might feel left out. :( I don't want anyone to think I said what I said out of pity....I didn't.....I *would* like to meet anyone here.

*hugs*

I sort of felt left out too, it sort of feels like a popularity contest for whoever is the spamiest member, personally
I wouldn't want to meet some of the people here, I am not here to be popular and prefer being invisible.

What do you mean by most spamiest?

Meeting would be a thorough challenge for me. That is not to say that there are not several if not many interesting members who I would like to get to know better, but that the idea of meeting so many people is daunting. Any list would inevitably be missing people who I would want to include - while I've had conversations with some, there are scores more with who I haven't had the time or opportunity to connect at all. So consider it an open invitation to everyone to write and say hello, and who knows what the future brings.

i'm not entirely sure how i would react if i met someone on here. i'd be pretty awkward at first though. i'd break the ice by the giving the person a mango.

That would be easy tinky :) since your one of those people that breaks the ice :D i'd be the one who starts the convo :)
Ahhh... I guess that's the best way to start :D

When you meet people, do you always happen to have a mango with you?

age1600 (she hasn't been here a while I wonder where she got to. She seems like a fun and carefree girl :))
poopylungstuffing (I relate to her posts and she seems nice)
ZEGH (that's his username right? I forgot the numbers after it. From reading his posts he seems funny and pretty cool)
glider18 (because he's so positive)
Danielismyname (he has an interesting attitude/take on things)
Strapples (because he sounds like a cool guy)
DaWalker (because he's really witty)

There are others but I can't think of them right now or I've forgot their usernames.

Good calls there. On the surface I don't see eye to eye with a tremendous amount of people here but for real I'd buy lunch for just about anyone on WP if they were in the neighborhood. But more specifically:

ZEGH was the first person on here that really stuck out for me, dude is hysterical and I'd be down to smoke some cones with him anytime.

glider18 has a great perspective on seemingly everything.

I'd love to shoot guns with danielismyname in the outback although I'd be nervous about lying down in the brush for fear of being bitten by something poisonous

SoulcakeDuck is a mystery to me and seems to have an awesome sense of humor, I want to pick his brain and see what exactly he's about.

Lecks seems to be happy and hard-nosed at the same time, my kind of person for sure.

hale bopp is bad to the bone, one day I will ski the New Zealand backcountry and I'd be honored if she'd welcome me at some point during my stay.

therange and I are generally on the same page, and now that I know he jams I want to lay some tracks down with him.

beef bourito and anneurysm both are whip-smart and in different ways remind me of myself 5 years ago or so.

That's my short list. And yea this discussion is bizarre and I'm probably only posting in it because I'm kinda drunk, but whatever. This is where things stand.

I don't think I've been here long enough for any to want to know me but i will make a short list of the people i would like to met based on those I have talked to.
Ruennsheng- He's a smart dude and i like his attitude
Tim_Tex- Ive never met a person from texas but from what i gather from his posts he seems pretty fun
SpokaneGirl- She was one of the first people to reply to my "im New" post and show a little interest in what i said
and pretty much all the British, Australian, an Scandinavian Aspie's on here because Ive never been outside of North America but I only speak English and a little Spanish so places where they all know English would make convenient travel location's

Not to be rude, but I don't want to meet anybody.

Stay where you are so we can continue the dialogue proper!

There's nobody I particularly desire to meet at the moment, but if someone out there wants to have long awkward silences with me in person, I'd be open to the idea :P

Point there.....I'm sure this thread is hypothetical for most of us.
