I had some dream about Hugo from "Lost". Additionally, someone was telling me in this dream that there are as many as three kinds of the narcissitic personality disorder.

I used to remember my dreams nine times out of ten, but haven't been remembering them a while now. I have vague indistinct flashes which I can't put my finger on about the dreams from last night, or was it the night before, like a blurry out of focus image. I'd like to get back to remembering them. I know a dream journal by the side of the bed is meant to be a good method but I haven't done that for a couple of decades, and even then it was irregular.

I dreamt I was in a curious rectangular room that had the front half shifted over by half, I went around the corner and saw a new hallway materialize, I walked down the hallway and it started curving inward in an impossible decreasing radius turn that folded in upon itself, and got more frantic the further I went into this rabbit hole, then I awoke.

I dreamed that I was inventing neopronouns. In reality I'm a big fan of neopronouns although I'm not fluent with them and my personal creation (which people are very welcome to use for me if they want) is je/jem/jors. In the dream I invented another set, lö/löf/lörs, and then worried that people would have trouble pronouncing it.

In another part of the dream I was with a group of people and a bear was chasing us through a huge old building. It wasn't scary though because on some level I knew it wasn't real.

Two or three nights ago, I had a dream in which I was stuck in the Middleverse like Forge from The X-Men: Evolution. I was stuck more precisely in my elementary school.

I had a brief dream this morning in which all I saw was arms and hands and a jar of some kind of medicinal lotion. Someone was applying the lotion on the hands and lower arms of someone else and rubbing it in.

Just woke up from quite an interesting dream where I found myself moving in to this home for disabled people, but you're all in one large room. I was moving all my possessions in and placing them in different places in the large room. It was a nice, friendly place, and I started making friends already. I can still picture it now, this big but cosy room with mint-green carpet, and the beds were so comfy. I felt a bit uncomfortable sleeping in the same room with a load of strangers but I knew I had to get used to it, and they were all nice, so I settled down in bed.

Then I woke up.

I dreamt my older brother was trying to break into my place, and he busted the front lock and was pushing the door in while I pushed it back closed, and his buddy busted off the top left corner of the door and stuck his head in, he looked like a subnormal person straight out of "Deliverance" - I punched his lights out and shoved his head back outside.

I dreamt that some gov't agency sent a relative of my sweetie's to our house, an ominous-looking little boy [dressed in a pale gray body suit] with pale skin, black hair and black eyes, a flat affect, and in place of his hands he had these numerous black octopus-like tentacles emerging from his wrists. no matter what we said to him, his one-word response was "no."

A DISGUSTING dream - there was some flood at a graveyard and the dead bodies fell out of their coffins - I saw people running towards them :eew: In another part of my dream, I was again offending my cousin telling her she's fat, short and stupid.

A dream of a graveyard flood can mean the dreamer's waking emotions are overtaxing them, major life changes, or the potential for spiritual renewal and the end of outmoded thinking. The combination of water symbolism with an overwhelming force suggests emotions may be out of hand, while the graveyard refers to death and endings, potentially signaling a profound personal transformation, the release of past burdens, or a spiritual cleansing.
Overwhelming Emotions and Unresolved Issues
Water Symbolizes Emotions: Water in dreams often represents emotions and the unconscious mind.
Overwhelmed: A flood of water in a dream can symbolize emotions that are overwhelming, difficult to deal with, or have become "fragile".
Suppressed Emotions: The dream might be an indication of suppressed feelings or a need to process unresolved emotional issues from the past.
Transition and Transformation
Death and Transition: Cemeteries are potent symbols of death, endings, and transitions.
Renewal and Rebirth: A flood, in this context, can suggest the washing away of the old to make way for something new, symbolizing rebirth, renewal, or spiritual restoration after a period of difficulty.
Inner World Coming Full Circle: The dream might affirm inner growth, showing a shift from surviving the emotional struggle to thriving within one's inner world.
Spiritual and Life Changes
Spiritual Cleansing: The combination can represent a spiritual cleansing or renewal, particularly after a period of perceived spiritual death or stagnation.
Endings and New Beginnings: The flooding graveyard can indicate a profound spiritual burial of old habits, beliefs, or relationships, giving way to new life and new beginnings.
Trusting the Flow: The dream may be an invitation to surrender to life's path, trusting the "clear water" of your soul to guide you and move forward without being pulled under by the past.

Last night I had a dream where I was at work but instead of mopping 30 buses I had to make 30 beds. I had to write down on a sheet of paper the time each bed was made, and it also asked for what song I was listening to while making each bed. So I included that too, but then my supervisor didn't like the songs I had recorded down. I argued that the songs I had recorded down were what was playing on the radio at the time, but he still wouldn't take anything for an answer. I then felt annoyed and upset.

Bit of a strange dream, but I guess it wouldn't be a dream if it wasn't strange.

I dreamt I was in a 90's era rental car from my past, a '95 ford contour, only I was in some town in England with my sweetie, it was a dreary gray overcast day in a dull dingy part of town, and I was driving down a small street when something opened the driver's door and threw me out of the car, and it crashed into a brick wall. luckily my sweetie and two children in the back seat were unscathed, and my sweetie told me in a deadpan manner, "well, this is another fine mess you've gotten us into."

I dreamt that a long time friend of mine appeared to me at a big band music convention, something he would not do in real life. he was about 40 years younger than in waking life, hale and hearty and youthful. he was wearing a witch's peaked hat that was made out of white plastic flowers. he took the hat off his head, tore it apart and started pinning bits of it all over his chest, I pinned on the center heart over his heart. then this woman who resembled actress mayim bialik and wearing a midi blue skirt and blue jacket over white shirt, was collecting big band decals and pins from the various revival groups on the various stages of the event, and on her skirt was stencilled various big band decals. she seemed really chuffed at all this.

The blood thinner I'm taking to keep my blood from clotting even more is known for causing strange dreams and I am no exception.

My dreams are normally quite pleasant but I've had several dreams in the past couple of months that were really disturbing.

This morning I had a dream in which I saw a two or three year old kid toss a wooden fishing bobber into some hot oil and then sit there and jabber away in baby talk. Then he reached over above the hot oil to grab the fishing bobber. I grabbed the kid and pulled him away so he wouldn't burn his hand and arms and then found a pair of tongs to get the fishing bobber out of the oil.

The kids parents immediately started screaming at me to leave their kid alone -- he had been playing with the fishing bobber in the hot oil for months and had never gotten burned doing it.

So I wen outside and was calling 911 to get the police involved in protecting the kid when I heard this loud howling from inside the building. I rushed in and the kid had stuck his entire arm in the hot oil and was screaming in pain.

We called 911 and an ambulance picked up the kid and took him to the emergency room from where he was transferred to a burn hospital.

And the scumbag parents sued me for not staying around to keep their kid from reaching into the hot oil.
