in real life that guy WAS a marine drill instructor back in the day. after his retirement he received an honorary promotion to "gunny" or gunnery sergeant/E7. in the armies of the commonwealth nations that would probably be the equivalent of a warrant officer.

Yep - knew that one. My old shift sergeant was an a**hole - one of the cruelest men I EVER KNEW. We had a woman in detention and we told him, she was threatening suicide. He said, "Let her die!" Later that evening, she slit her wrists. A Thai woman. He showed no remorse. Bastard.

He used to tell me I was no good at anything (despite the fact, I had the best shooting record on the range). I asked him one day, if he was joking because he always said things with a twisted smile and he said, NO!"

He was also a prck with a silent 'i'.

He hurt me so much when I was younger. He wound up with dementia. Good riddance!

Thanks auntblabby but I don't have any NSAID's - We call acetaminophen Panadol here (paracetamol)

Immigran and Zomig work well.

I'll give your recommendation a try later when I get some NSAID's

a strong dose of aspirin or even willow bark extract will work as an NSAID

I keep a pair of polarized sunglasses to wear when my headaches/migraines make it hard for me to look at my puter screen.

I've got a pair of polarised Ray Bans.I'll try them. I've also got a pair of 3D glasses from the movies. I wonder how WP will look through them.
