Well they both went to bed (usually he's up all night, but she's in his office so he doesn't have a computer to fool around on), so I'm fairly content now :D . And she's leaving tomorrow at 10am so I look forward to having things back to normal!

I used to love it when everyone went to bed. Kathy used to go to bed around 9-10pm and after that, it was my alone time, and I needed it. Now, all the time is my alone time.

Do you enjoy/need alone time?

Yes, I definitely need/enjoy my alone time. It's the introvert in me. :)

Thanks :)
It would be fun to have a bushy tail to snuggle up in during sleep. The climbing would be fun too.

I think the caption said the were Canadian Geese taking their first flight.

Definitely not Canada Geese -- they don't nest in trees. If it's eastern US they are probably Wood Ducks, but it could be some other tree-nesting duck.

Maybe they're Daffy Ducks:

In that case they may be wood ducks. People have a tendency to incorrectly caption stuff online (I wish they'd make more of an effort to be accurate).

I'm supposed to have this allergy skin prick test on Monday (for which I've had to go off anti-histamines for 5 days), and do you know what I just realized? I don't want to.
1) They didn't say why I should have it.
2) I had it when I was a teen and it showed I was mainly allergic to Oak trees (and two other things). Knowing this changed absolutely nothing.
3) The last time it bothered my sensory issues.
4) MCAS means that I'm going to have reactions even if there are not allergens on the needles. I don't want my back covered in red dots that will scar just like every other stupid mark on my stupid skin.

It's a good thing you're not allergic to cats.

I know right?! :D
That would be the worst thing imaginable.
I've read that people who live with animals from a very young age are less likely to be allergic to them. So if that's true then, thanks mom and dad!

I thought you were going to say what I was thinking. I knew someone who loved cats but just couldn't be around them due to allergies. That'd be horrible.
