I have taken on a new mission.

I look up YouTube videos and Websites that spread hatred for, and promote the euthanizing of Myna birds, and giving them some of the REAL facts.

So many people blindly believe the hype and are so quick to jump on the bandwagon without going to the effort of doing their own research. And then, start trapping and KILLING them!

I like to give them what for! The murderers

I don't see anyone getting upset over the culling of the cane toads.

Cane toads aren't my Special Interest - but I do feel sorry for them too. They're in the same boat as Myna Birds :(

My brain's the same - learns common combinations of letters.

I remember reading this article once that said, it's only the first and last letters that really matter. I'll dig the article out. It's quite interesting:

Today while opening my email I came across a very interesting message from a friend. It was basically a message where the letters of each word were all scrambled. The first and the last letters were kept intact, but between them they were all mixed. Surprisingly enough I could read it perfectly. Below you will find the message. Can you read it?

fi yuo cna raed tihs, yuo hvae a sgtrane mnid too. Cna yuo raed tihs? Olny 55 plepoe out of 100 can.

They say that only 55 people out of 100 can read that way. I would believe this number to be higher (considering that I never found someone who could not read it). What do you think?

That looks like how half of my words come out when I type!
I can read it, though some words took a minute and even though I know what it says, the words still appear incorrect to my mind.

Where do humans get off on thinking they have the right to decide what lives or dies? They haven't done a real' good job so far and yet, they're still so full of themselves!

I've always wondered what caused it or if other people had experienced the same thing.

I remember a while back there was a thread on WP discussing something similar with sound, etc being out of sync.
I don't know what you'd even search to find it.

Are you referring to this?

I made that thread like a year ago,

I have that problem and its annoying as hell, I appear to have out grown it a lot cause I have memories of sound and video being so far out of sync. I am better but honestly thats one of the reasons I smoke weed, it helps with this surprisingly and it last much longer than so called "high". It can really suck getting off weed cause the issue does creep back. My thread didn't get much response so I didn't know if thats a valid sensory issue of it I have something else neurological going on.

This has never happened to me.

Yup and that's part of my problem, since I suck at explaining, I apparently use really odd search terms for stuff. I can't tell you how many times I spent hours searching for something only to finally come across the search term that everyone else uses and go "oh, duh." Like what kind of dope doesn't realize they have dry eyes because they keep describing it as hot, burning static? :P

I don't like large screens.
I can't see everything.
I miss things on a large screen.
One reason I don't like going to the movies.

I just got done with a study at Vanderbilt so yes, though that wasn't what this study was for. Just questions, I was going to do a brain scan but I turned down that study cause being on drugs I don't want my brain to be a staple of autism because its not. Its a autistic brain on marijuana and since I believe marijuana has some benefits for autistic people, I don't want confusion any research conducting in this area.

Hmm I'm not sure if that's what it is for me. It seems like what they are talking about is experienced constantly, whereas mine would come on in waves, and only happened intermittently.
Now that I think of it the only other thing that seemed similar (other than your video that reminded me of it) what when I was a teen and I mixed a few Ambien with some other sleeping pills. I didn't get really sleepy, but I was really f-ed up!

And that doesn't mean either one of us are not autistic, it seems to me anyway that you can have various different sensory issues. I don't think they are all the same, I think autism has something about having too many connections in the brain or some crap. I think depending on how these connections form can impact sensory issues.

At least thats what some crazy doc told me when I was 16, I hate docs cause they don't know much more than you do but they pretend to.

Haha, my search for black boots didn't yield me satisfactory results either.
Got to see a lot of nice boots though.

Hey, I'd like your opinions on this:

Work is sending me for a medical fitness examination, of which involves a visit to a psychiatrist.

I don't know whether to tell him straight out that I have Asperger's, or to play games with him and just describe my life to him and see if he can work it out.

But if I choose the latter, I'll have to be careful not to use terms like 'Special Interests' because then, he'll know I know what I've got.

I only knew the term after I accepted my diagnosis and read up on Asperger's. I knew I'd had them all my life. I just didn't know there was a term for them or that they were a part of Autism. But if I mention terms like 'Special Interests':
a) It'll be a dead giveaway to help him diagnose me;
b) He'll know I know what I've got;

Should I test him to see how good he is and to see if he can pick it up? I think that would be fun :)
