There used to be a comic strip and a TV show called Robot Man in the 80s. :)

What's an iMAP server?

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol)

You know in the old days, when you retrieved your email from the mail server, you used to use POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3)?

All email that was saved on the server was downloaded to you and deleted off the server - and you had the only copy of it.

With IMAP - the mail is left on the server and you can view it from anywhere in the world at anytime and you only get the email headers downloaded to you - Unless you request the whole email.

It all stays on the server.

Much better than POP3

It's just trying to make sure you're a human and not a spambot, with the implication being that spambots can't bypass captchas... which I don't think is the case.

But yeah, I think when Alex was choosing a CAPTCHA system, he could have chosen one that didn't say that, especially with the implications the word "robot" has here.

LOL, Nice aspieism! I was actually waiting for the literal explanation to pop up...it's like playing on a person's instincts, someone here was gonna do it. I have a bad habit of doing it myself, takes one to know one kind of thing.

DID YOU EVEN READ WHAT I TYPED? DAMN, I HATE BEING OVERLOOKED IN LIFE -- READ IT FOR CHRIST'S SAKE

Lol, no worries, I give you full credit for your aspieness as well, going ape over a small technical matter of who's right and who's wrong is also very very aspie. :D

The post was just to see who would be the first to give any technical explanation, as opposed to the point of being philosophical, lol. I noticed Big first, but your contributions to this experiment have proven very useful as well and are not overlooked.

edit: sentence structure.

Apparently, there's some genetic link between you and your parents being able to roll your tongue.

Some teacher at a school once told the children to see if they could roll their tongue, and this one girl couldn't.

She went home to see if her parents could and both of them could.

When she told the teacher this, he said, "You're adopted"

Sad but true.

The parents were going to sue the school. I don't know what happened after that and I'm too tired to type out the rest of it ....

I knew a doctor who couldn't do it, and her husband could, and she was do jealous she did this instead-

Slept in until 6:30 this morning.
Still don't feel like I've caught up.
I was having some weird dreams too but I don't remember them.
I remember spaghetti.
That's about it.
