^ You would think so, wouldn't you?
Apparently not.
It was probably too much bother for them to organise.
I think it's shameful.

I've heard that in America you can challenge the cost of medical bills, etc.
$300 sounds a bit steep for an allergy test.

We have accessibility laws here, but they could use some improvements. I believe they only apply to structures currently being built, or structures built after they went into affect.

I have some qualms with how accessible certain aspects of my work are. It's especially mind boggling considering how many seniors we get, many of whom are wheelchair users or other mobility users.

Hm, I'm not sure if I've heard that before or not, but it does sounds possible. I'll have to inquire about it.
I was already a bit peeved over the mega expensive inhaler they prescribed. With my insurance it was still $75!

All the public buildings where I live are at least 50 years old.
They have a theatre here with wheelchair access to the stage.
It's the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen.
The wheelie goes into a little fenced compound like a farm animal and someone winds the handle so they are painfully winched up to stage level.
In full view of the audience.

Yep.
Spewing.

I think it could be beneficial for able-bodied people to all spend some time using a wheelchair (in a non-goofing off capacity) to see the kinds of obstacles users deal with.

I don't mean to be an as*hole but you kinda deserved it using Ubuntu or anything related to Ubuntu. Use Debian if you have to use something Debian based, its more clean and has less bloat than Ubuntu.

It's not ubuntu that's the issue, it's bumblebee, a really touchy shared framebuffer dual gpu system that apparently breaks if anything messes with Xorg configs. I guess that could have something to do with ubuntu, but it could be a number of other things too.

Ah the irrationality! It burns! It burns!

Can we take all of the irrational/unreasonable people and put them on a Mars colony? Just think how blissful discussions and debates would be then?!

To dream the impossible dream.....

Are you trying to send me to Mars? lol j/k

Everyone is irrational about somethings when you think about it.

If I had to guess I would say I am not good at being rational since I ended up homeless, I don't think many rational people end up that way. I mean I guess it happens, but if your homeless odds are you made some poor choices. There is a lot help for people struggling, so if you end up homeless beyond that you probably have some issues or poor decision making skills.

No not you DC! You're good :) .
I'm talking about the consistently irrational and argumentative people who make productive discussions impossible.
They love using logical fallacies and base their arguments off of falsities.

Yeah well I seem to not make the best decisions in the world, like smoking herb. I don't see anything wrong with it and I have a very hard time changing my morals for other peoples view. I have the tendency to tell people to get lost when in fact their arguments are valid. I just disagree with them and get annoyed lol

Kinda like this lol

.. Do NTs have a hard time letting someone go? Even this person is already suffering for the rest of the days?

Hah, no.. Not when they're very attached to the said departing someone regardless.

Why am'I not? I could let someone go anytime; knowing this person won't be alone or/and in danger. :|
