It's Valentine's day; as a perpetually single person, that day alone makes me unhappy. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off at work first thing in the morning, in strong winds and endless, pouring rain. To make things even worse than that, a timetable mix-up caused one of the students I support to be in an even more foul mood than myself.

The only redeeming factor is that this was the last day before half term!

My father is frightened to see me because I have not taken risperidone. By not taking risperidone, I am exercising one of the only powers that I have. Sometimes I feel so strongly compelled to take risperidone that I cannot fight. I am glad for the days when it is possible to resist by going limp in the arms of existence.
