It's about 12:30am Sunday here. I woke up around 11pm. I decided to have a shower because I'm not going out. Now I'm about to have coffee. Then maybe some quinoa salad and fruits. Then whatever I find in the kitchen and fridge.

It's still about 9:20pm Sunday but I'm intending to stay up till late, possibly not sleeping at all as I'm starting early tomorrow morning. I will probably fall asleep soon. I will see how it goes. I wish caffeine could help me but it has no effect on me. I'll have coffee and tea any way.

OK, now it's close to 11pm and I'm already feeling very sleepy although I slept a lot during the day.

It's about 3:20am here. I woke up around 2am. Since I'm starting work early, I might as well stay up. I'm about to have hot tea as it's pretty cold right now.

It's 4 am and I'm still awake despite having gone to bed at midnight thirty. I made the mistake of getting into bed before I was completely exhausted. That's the key to my insomnia: I have to run myself down completely to fall asleep, otherwise my mind will just keep running while I'm lying in bed.

I must be hard-wired as a night owl, I just can't seem to regularly hit the hay before 2AM, I might try for a few days but inevitably my body clock swings me back towards 2AM or later. I only feel "natural" if I stay up until daylight, then I get drowsy.

It's almost midnight Saturday. I've had coffee, a croissant and potato salad. I'm about to have turkey breast, wine, rare roast beef, Castello Blue and fruit salad (grapefruit, passion fruit, raspberries and pineapple). After that, whatever is in the fridge.
