It's not abnormal for a aspie to think that sometimes they tend to be psychic.

No. "Delusional thinking" (i.e.: irrational beliefs, held with a high level of conviction, that are highly resistant to change even when the delusional person is exposed to forms of proof that contradict the belief) has no place in the AS diagnosis. They do however play a part in the diagnoses of schizophrenia, narcissistic personality, and schizoaffective disorders.

Barring some miraculous event such as every single psychic in the world admiting that they're either wrong or liars, and even then I'd have my doubts. I think you're wasting your time, and considering how hot and noisy it is here I'm not going to do the same.

You know what? You're right. I'm done with this discussion.

Thanks, mate : )

No thanks needed.

I'm very interested in Psi and Meditation. I have some Claircognizance and have been recently researching all I can about it. I find it all very fascinating and I think it helps with life (especially being an aspie)

Someone once asked me, "If you could know what others have said or thought about you in your absence, would you choose to access the information?"

My answer was "No, because it's none of my business."

I think an important issue this kind of conversation brings up is our right to privacy as human beings. Theoretically, even if I was psychic, I would not want to intrude upon the thoughts of others. However, if they were psychic too, acknowledged my presence, and granted me permission to exchange thoughts, I might choose to accept. It's no different than a phone conversation. The same kinds of people who eavesdrop and wiretap would seek to exploit others in these scenarios as well. Just as in so many other areas of life, it's not the idea of psychic communication itself which is the problem here, it's the immorality of humanity that needs to be addressed.

I have a book too. I think you should read it.

sometimes, especially when I was a young child, I would have a word spring into my mind and all of a sudden, it's said by someone else in earshot or on TV or something. I remember watching TV with my mother and she was watching her "stories" and I was thinking of the term "fleabag". As I was thinking about the word, someone on her soap said fleabag.

Sometimes I get the feeling like something's already happened. I do kinda ascribe to the notion that it's a sensory delay between the left and right eyes. One sees it first and before the brain can process it, the other eye sees the same thing giving you that feeling of deja vu.

often when I'm talking to someone, I can envision what it's like through their eyes or perspective.

weird.
