Not impressed by Brewdog, who seem to be major players in the 'Craft Beer' game, not the first time I've been underwhelmed by one of their offerings. Come to think of it, the Craft Beer phenomenon as a whole looks to be a bit of a rip-off.

Sounds like me during my 20s. I reckon my liver might have healed by now though. I don't know how I used to drink so much. There's no way I could do it these days. I'm such a light weight now.

On the gin and tonic today. Asda gave me bitter lemon, ginger ale and peach coconut as substitutes but so far none are as nice as the Schweppes slimline tonic.

finally got my hands on some Budweiser.
it's pretty bland. i could see some appeal if it was cheap, but i paid $7.5 for one beer.

Pubs themselves are becoming a bit of an outdated tradition. Eight of them within a mile of where I live have closed down over the last 10 years or so.
