I got to skip gym class for an extra rehearsal of orchestra class.

Just going to my local library makes me happy.

Today I got done what needed to get done. Another day, another victory!

Tried yoga for the first time today. It was very intense - I worked up a sweat and my muscles got a major workout! Even though it was only my first time, I can already feel the benefits. For one thing, the tendons in my heels don't hurt anymore (they are often very stiff and sore from toe-walking, a habit that I really need to break) and best of all, I feel very relaxed. I have not had a single negative thought enter my mind since I came home.

In short, I absolutely loved it. It's a shame there's only one beginner's class per week, otherwise I'd go every night! At least I have meditation to look forward to on Sunday.

I don´t have to work today.

My two, older boys no longer have anything overdue for school. YAY!! !!

Rain, clouds, thunder and a pleasant wind causing the chimes to ring genly in the tree outside.

My dad telling me that I'm "getting more and more normal every day."

That was nice to hear, because I always figured that I was so far removed from reality that I came across as incredibly weird to other people.

Interestingly, he told me this after I brought up my insecurities about my artwork, saying "I worry that other people won't like it." He says that worrying about your artwork is "very normal". (He would know, he has practiced artwork for many years)
