Had the first apple cider of the year yesterday...immediately regretted it after the reflux kicked in =D

...trying to talk myself into having another one right now... =/

Lolz .. just a thought a capsule called Neem , from old Ayervedic medicine , is suppose to help that stuff .In the gut .
No adverse reactions after many years of use by me.
