I had leftovers from the Honeybaked Ham Company last night. They make these fritters out of mac and cheese. Whoa. They put a lot of ham chunks into their cheesy potatoes, too. The meatloaf was unremarkable, in my opinion, but tasty enough.

I also had the bread pudding for dessert. I'm not a big fan, but it came with chocolate and caramel sauce, and was made with decent bread. It was really pretty delicious.
