Went to one of my sisters high intensity training classes, totally new experience for me and oh my, my legs. Bare in mind my sister competes in the ironman triathlon and the most exercise I have done in the past 15 years is a brisk walk with the dog. Ouch. An hour of insanity I would love to relive and do so differently, like staying in bed.,

I had my groceries delivered today and I found that the eggs I bought two of them were broken. :evil: but I put them in a bowl and whipped them, then I put them in the container so I managed to save them.
But its so annoying when they're not careful with delivering things. :evil: :evil:
