Job interview.....Please Help!!

SO i got this job interview tomorrow.

I am really nervous. I want this job more than anything in the world.

I always mess up my jobs and never find anything i like.

The job i am going for i have done half a uni course in the subject before so i know a little back ground.

I just dont know what to say when they turn round and ask why do i think i am better for the job than any other candidate.

Any offers for advice please :D

"Because I have studied the tasks required at the job at a course with the university I attend, and I feel I am well-knowledged enough in this field to get the job well done."
