For people who don't know, The MS readathon has recently started. It is where people sponsor you to read books and raise money for people Multiple Sclerosis.
At the moment, I am currently considering whether or not I should enter. I would like to, since I can generally get through a book or two a day depending on what book it is, and I enjoy reading. However, I hate the idea of asking people for money, even if it is for a good cause. It makes me feel guilty, and it isn't as if I ever raise more than $10 anyway xD
But yes. Maybe some advise or suggestions or personal experiences from someone else? Should I try or not?
I'm not sure if there would be any point, since I don't have the social skills to get people to sponsor for me. But I don't know, so that is why I am looking for advise. Has anyone else participated in something like this?
