Please sign this petition to make sure the "person" who dragged a dog behind his car for over three miles gets the maximum penalty allowed under the law.

OH my that is terrible! I would like to put that man behind the car and drag him to his death and see how it feels for him. Stupid people. :evil: People who abuse dogs need help. When a dog such as an German Shepherd gets abused and murdered, it angers me so much. These dogs are used for disabled people!!
