Adult Summer Camps in UK/Europe?

Does anyone know of any fun adult camps? I've really been feeling the need to get away lately, but I'm really terrible at trying to plan an actual vacation. I used to go to summer camps when I was younger and absolutely loved it. I like doing fun things, and knowing the exact times and places they are going to happen.

I'd like to find something adventure-ish, self-confidence-ish, or both. I'd be up for trekking, climbing, camping and such. I could use a good dose of the great outdoors. I'd also really like to experience other cultures, and I'd like to stay within Europe for now (it's cheaper that way).

I'm having a hard time finding anything that isn't for children or geared towards religion.

Any suggestions?
