She was attacked by the other two dogs and might lose an eye/become blind/die. :-) We're aren't sure how the fight started. The little sister is panicy I'm ok (This isn't the first time just before she had been lucky.) So we'll see thank you fellow WP members I'll keep this post updated. :-)

I have no deity to pray to, but you and your dog have my sympathy. I hope she will be ok.

I recommend you try to keep her away from the other two dogs as much as possible in future, if this fighting is more than just an isolated incident.

I'm sorry to hear about your dog, you have my sympathy as well. I don't think I'd know what to do if something happened to mine...

*hugs you* I'm not a fan of dogs, but I wish your dog well. It's so horrible when pets get injuries.

Thank You WP Members we're not sure if she'll go blind or not (50/50 chance) if anything of course the vision will be impaired if nothing else. She came out of the surgery fine thankfully she has been attacked by the other dogs before (they always went for the eye so this was sadly inevitable.) :-( She also AMAZINGLY survived falling off a couch hitting her head and having seizures (countless times my mom has said she has "died") So Trixie IS REAL LUCKY! I think she might be a cat and not a dog (since she seems to have 9 lives LOL!! !! !! !!)

Thanks again today is another vet visit and she seems to be healing ok. She was really tired yesterday which is to be expected she has the stitches taken out in 2 weeks so we should find out about then about being blind or not. :-) I think we might get rid of the more violent dog by weekends end. :-) I'll keep you guys informed. :-)

*Hugs* for Trixie. I hope she pulls through okay. I hope you're able to find a good home for your other dog.

That's good news. And yeah, eyes lack natural defences, they're the ideal spot to attack if you want to cripple your opponent.

I am glad to hear of your dog's recovery! Your dog must have a "guardian angel!" :)

I'm glad she's alright! Even if she doesn't fully recover, dogs are great at coping with that kind of thing. Good luck <3

Your dog has my sympathies. I'm sorry the incident occurred. :(
I'm glad your dog will be fine in the long run though. :)
