i used this one a lot before, but never here:

before that i also liked to use small cropped images of rimmer's face, in red dwarf

My first avatar was one of the WP stock images then I used a cropped version of my current one.
I'll be keeping this one until I get to 20,000 posts then I'll probably use either a portrait of William Blake
or of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
