I am 6' tall--if I was 100' tall, I would be 16.6... times as tall as I am now. If I was proportional in all three dimensions, I would weigh almost 5000 times as much as I do. To support that weight, the cross section of my legs would have to increase in proportion, i.e. they would have to be about 68 times as big as they are now.
