What to do? What to say?

This afternoon, during a typical exchange of texts with my 52yo sister, the atypical event overwhelms me. Out of nowhere, a pic of her naked boob. I respond that I do not understand but nothing else comes from her end. Mistake? Or was she taunting me?, as in s*^$ this, after I had asked if she were up for a one hour drive in the snow.

I know there is nothing incestuous on her mind. I don't know if this is something she does with men friends and just sent to me by mistake or what.

Very uncomfortable now. Should I just act like it never happened?

I would assume it was a mistake. You could try to act like it never happened, like continue the conversation as if it nothing happened. Either that or make a quick light hearted joke about it which you know won't offend your sister too much - in a way that makes her feel less embarrassed or a way that assures her you're not going to judge her. She could feel very embarrassed. You'll have to gauge her personality as you obviously know her better than anyone here!
