If you had a million dollars, what would do with it?

- Me personally would either spend it on the latest gadgets.
- Give some of the money to charity.
- Get my own media studio so I can make... alot of films, music etc....

What would you do?

With only a million I'd have to put it in Federally Secured Banks, I guess that would be about ten, and draw interest or some other secure investment strategy that would yield interest like CD's. I'd have to consult with an accountant though to be better informed about what all the options are.

What do you like about it in particular?

Get rid of most of it, as fast as I could!!

Move into a small house in the country, and buy myself a set of vintage Ludwig drums, that I can drum to The Kinks on.

Well, for a start, I'd be able to afford to pay my uni fees.

Hmnn,
a) calculate the amount of money I would need to be able to keep my current life style for the rest of my life. I calculated it already and it is 70000 USD.
b) Put the result in the bank, and also buy the same amount in gold.
c) Get rid of the rest. Donate the rest to free software, habitat for the humanity and whatever else I can think of.
d) Continue life as usual, except that I monthly take a salary out of the bank.

With whatever burnable interest money I had left over, I'd definitely buy more AG accessories to add to my collection.

Realistically, rather than joking like the Joker:

-A big game rifle, but nothing flash or expensive (a Ruger Alaskan in .416 will do)
a lot of ammunition
-a [red] compound bow

(This wouldn't amount to much more than a few thousand.)

I'd give the rest to my mother, and I'd also help out some people I love.

I'd buy myself a house and invest the remainder.

I'd blow it all in Vegas

I'd buy lottery tickets... you never know... you could win a million dollars

I'd keep the rest to myself and buy a bunch of Kinks memorabilia off Ebay. The hands that hurt me, won't get the money.
