Is there a good place to visit on the Baja Peninsula that caters more to laid-back lifestyles, rather than partying and drinking?

Would places like Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, etc. fit that mold?

cabo is pretty laid back at certain times of the year dont go during spring break. bring a pole great fishing
