for the last few years my favorites were those vesicare commercials with the computer-animated pipe-people scenarios. the originals were the best, as they had tubular-pipe-banging-sounding percussion music accompaniment.

ummm...none? commercials made me watch tv less and less then i realized tv wasn't very good these days. also i have tivo so i just record what i want and i watch it later.

i actually just watched an interesting documentary on commercials and creativity called Art and Copy. interesting stuff. talks about the origins of ads like Got Milk? and Just Do It from Nike. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1333631/

Anyone see that denim Huggies commercial yet? "The coolest you'll look pooping your pants!"

Least favorite is that Michelin commercial with the "living" roadkill. That one's just messed up.

Cat treats commercial, where the black and white kittie jumps through walls when the owner shakes a bag of them about three rooms away. the cat looks like my Louise. :cat:

Back home in the republic it has to be the ad for one of Miss Victoria's Long corsets. They're sure to turn any man on.
