There are no clubs where I am.

And I don't want to volunteer because the only people that volunteer are old people here.

Do you have any Scouting groups near you, I don't know where you are but the Scouts organisation is largelly non gender descrimitory and can be a lot of fun.

So I assume US, here in Australia we have Guides which is just girls and we have Scouts that is both genders, I myself am a Cub Scout Leader which is ages 8-11, though I am not fully aware of what it is like in other countries.

But you might still find something in the various types of youth groups.

It is from an anime called Baka to Test To Shoukanjuu (The Idiot, the Test and the Summoned Beast) which is a very funny anime. Basicly the main character is a big idiot and this was one instance where he was actually makeing a very cool introduction hopefully being unrecognised, but then it is revealed he had the head to of the costume back to front in his signiture idiot behaviour.

One of my other favourite jokes in it is after studying really hard, he gets an F in a test because he accidenty put "Alexander the Great" as his name thus moving each other answer up from where it was suposed to be.

What a horrible name choice. Your name will be outdated by the time you have your next birthday.

I'm 22, but I'm wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of moving out from my parent's house and living in a city (London) for the first time, and I'm wondering how people meet people out there in the "real world". Are there places you can join film clubs, book clubs, stuff like that? Meet people with similar interests?

Or should I just learn to go "out" to clubs or something?
