It is probably sore. I would put lotion on it.

Don't aggravate the skin after what it's been through when it gets burned.

well you see seabisquit, there was this bubble and it was hard, so I got a pin and popped it, and water came out. It was really cool.

It's because the new skin underneath the burn, is very tender, because it's not fully developed. Once the dead skin peels off, the new skin will take its place. Once the new skin toughens up, it won't feel so tender, anymore.

That depends on the severity. If it is a profound burn, such as the kind I have gotten before from my soldering iron, it hurts because your flesh is still cooking. If you accidentally grabbed a pot handle or something, you just damaged your skin.
The bubble popping thing is pretty gross, Kat

Yeah uh...I'd keep from doing that if you want the burn to heal. Those are blisters and they form for a reason, just leave the burn alone and let it heal.

The burn you received damaged your skin beyond the surface layer (the epidermis). The heat caused the epidermis to seperate from the dermis (the subsurface layer of skin), and with the skin not being fully supported in the area of the burn, the gap between the epidermis and the dermis filled with fluid, resulting in a blister. You popped the blister, leaving a piece of unsupported epidermis behind and exposing your dermis (the living part of the skin) to the elements. You should treat the burn as a wound, and keep it clean and disinfect it. Eventually the dermis will harden and become epidermis, and your old skin will fall off.
