My brother is a 24 years old, tow truck driver, very NT...type A personality has a smart phone which has has all the gadgets he needs in one place. We are looking to spend 100 or less. He likes polo shirts but it is too late to order one online, and the local mall doesn't have any good buys on them.
Any ideas??

That's a tough one. What else does he like?

well he is a Georgia Bulldogs fan, used to like nascar, but that may have changed since dad died, He loves tow truck stuff since he is a tow truck driver/manager. He also loves his dog a cream and blue pitbull named Kalijha. I cant believe he named his dog after some woman in a hank williams song...ohkay..ya I can. He is very funny and missed a career as the next Larry the Cable Guy. He is kinda into redneck coulture as you can tell. He usually spends his life walking the tightrope of the law...but never really breaking it. People in 3 counties know my brother...usually. B. your brother? He is sooo funny..he needs to be on tv. One time my mom went into the police station to pay a ticked and saw my mom's last name. And a cop said "B. are you B's. mother? Mom said "yes I am" He laughed and said" Ma'am I am soooo sorry. That boy is wild."
That's my brother...he has a sense of adventure that exceeds most people's bad dreams.
We could not be further apart, I am kinda goofy and nerdy and he is just wild as a march hare, but I love him anyway.

Cockney Rebel...Thanks for helping
