What does Canadianism mean to you?

Hockey Night in Canada
Molson Canadian beer
Beavers
Snowy winters
Toques and scarves

Snow
peace
Kraft Dinner

I think Canadians are what many people outside America WISH that Americans were

Maple syrup
Pancakes
Beavers
Tobogganing
Pioneer Villages
Toques
The Loonie!

Do Canadians really say "eh" after every sentence? (just wondering)

Poutine. I love it. I frequently consumed it when marching through northern Maine.

Disgusting beer (this doesn't hold for all of Canada but good beer isn't that easy to find out there)
Poutine (yuck. Just yuck)
Beady eyes and flapping heads
Everyone drinking coffee 24/7/365
A total lack of culture
A ridiculous flag (there was nothing wrong with the Canadian Red Ensign if you ask me)
People that say 'eh!' every fourteen seconds
A total barrenness in much of the country
The cold winters
A mostly American-sounding accent with humorous additions, like 'aboot'

Think that's most of them.

and real maple syrup, none of that fake bullcrap .

and lots of trees

and my american money being worth more
and silly-sounding money names that remind me of Loony Toons, that WB cartoon show
and my GF's dad's family's from there, so them too i guess
etc.

It's all I really know from experience, so I guess it means everything to me. I don't know what is exclusively Canadian because I've never been somewhere else to compare. I didn't know poutine was a Canadian thing until a few years ago when I had a visitor from the states.

I've never heard "aboot" though, and while some people say "eh" a lot, most don't.

Everywhere except Québec.
