I tend to keep track of myself in terms of time spent working/sleeping, how many times I do this or that, etc. Ten years ago I did my best to keep up with it on Excel spreadsheets. Then a few years ago I was using an app called Daytum. But it was really buggy and would crash and lose my data.

But I just started using an app called Reporter. It quizzes you throughout the day on what you are doing, who you are with, etc. You can customize the quizzes and how often it notifies you for information.

Here is a story written on the app.

I think that programme is a great idea. I want an iPhone now. :)

I have been using it for about a week now...so far, no crashes - and the nice thing is - it stores the data locally...and is only exported when you choose.
