what happened to Zomg aspies?

I can't find it anymore.

I was a member there a long while ago - for about a week! The site seemed to have zero moderation and be ruled by whoever could troll the most aggressively. It has probably imploded if it continued along those lines.

I was a member there for a month or so, but someone on here was asking for aspie forums, and I wanted to see if it was still around. all I can find are people bashing it here and on I2.

I suppose it got over-trolled and disappeared. My friend trolled there for a bit, but then got bored and left.

P.S. ShadesOfMe, read my PM, please. It's been sitting in your inbox for too long now, and I'm wondering why you still haven't read it.

Sopho got tired of all the spamming there and the negativity and she felt she was ready to move on so she closed the site. She let the thing expire so it went offline and only she can see the forum but no one else.

The place got bad anyway and boring and 99 percent of the original members left and it got filled with trolls. Newbies would come and join and then leave after seeing the place wasn't good.

Even I left the site and was only coming back once a month to see what has been posted and then I heard it had shut down.

I was also a member for two months. It was enticing at first. It got old very fast.

I joined ages ago, it was fun at first but it got really lame really fast. And I kind of found some members a bit intimidating.
I'm on i2 at the moment and that site is fun, I like it but I don't post all that often.

I was really pumped up about Zomg when it started. I saw it as a new life because I was getting away from someone who hurt me badly. I was welcoming everybody to their new lives on Zomg and my username was SidTheLoveRat.

Instead of the word topic, I used "Here at Zomg" in my topic title. I stopped using the site because of racist posts.

Soph could have moderated the site better, but she had long ago decided against it, when I complained about the nastiness and why I was leaving.

The posts have all disappeared as well, for when i googled my old username there were no results.

The place wasn't meant to be moderated. It was a freedom of speech site and there were no rules except they didn't allow porn and spamming. Then the place changed a lot when almost all of the old members left.
