Don't know if anyone else here is having to fill this in, but the questions are really frustrating me now and I feel a need to rant.

The tickbox style of the form just doesn't give enough information for me to accurately decide which box I should be in, for example:

"Question 13 How is your health in general?" Options are Very Good, Good, Fair, Bad, Very Bad.

Now last I checked I'm not dying of anything, nor am I in a situation where I am spending a lot of time in/out of hospitals and doctors, therefore I eliminate the last two options. I do however have several health conditions (Aspergers obviously being one of them) so I eliminate the first option. Do I consider my health to be "Good" or just "Fair"? What are their definitions for these terms?

Another one is "Question 25 Which of these qualifications do you have?" <insert long list of options here>.

Some of my qualifications don't seem to fit into any of their tickboxes.

I know it's just a form, but it really annoys me when I'm asked to do something like this and then I don't like the way it's set out. Anyone else similar?

<End mini-rant here and return to whatever you were doing before> :)

Whichever, probably makes no odds. It's a subjective thing.

Don't mention them then. Easy!

I don't know about you, but I like making boring things easier and quicker.

It's a legal requirement to answer accurately. But I do agree. Especially given that whichever answers you give are - contrary to what they'd like you to think - entirely subject to disclosure to whoever the government deems fit, which makes the whole thing kinda annoying to me. f**k 'em. Was sorely tempted to write "radical cleric" in the "occupation" box, though quite how that'd square with devout Pastafarianism I ain't entirely sure.

I went for "fair" on the health question, but have a number of other health woes besides the obvious. "Fair" should be a safe default for you.

i think the staff in my supported accommodation filled mine in, without asking or consulting me :( but then i would have just ignored it as i had done when living alone.
& if it's ever followed up because it's incorrect, it's their fault.. like the government will do anything differently either way.

well i'm still considered 'of sound mind' enough to have full responsibility of myself, would've liked to answer myself.. but f**k it, it matters not.
no idea what they're paid for.. today was the first time i saw any staff since last wednesday. i was pretty incompetent on my own but at least i didn't hope for anything more. lol want my flat back
