Just so you know, its a common misconception that the government cell phones were started under Obama. The Lifeline program in the US was actually started in the 1980s under Reagan, and expanded to include mobile devices under George W.

Ahh, the "RonniePhone"? I have one of those. Unfortunately, it comes from a division (Assurance Wireless) of Virgin Mobile where it is near impossible to communicate with a live staffer (endless voicemail run-around); and, when a live staffer does answer, it is a roll of the dice to determine in which nation they reside and what variation of English will be spoken. One might think Sir Richard could do better than that, considering how he loves to boast how he cares for others less fortunate. If he ever tried calling his own lifeline division, he would probably end up wanting to put his fist through the wall ... like I want to do.

Well, what I posted stands. It would be far more correct to call them Ronphones or Wphones.
