I've been thinking that I'd like to create an informative video addressing the evolution of fashion throughout the 20th century. I don't plan on using anything other than pictures, videos, music, and maybe my own voice (if not my own voice, then I'd just use text). I might post it on Youtube upon completion.

Does anybody have any experience with this? Won't I need some kind of computer software in order to achieve this?

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in, but I liked the video editing software from Pinnacle - it was kind of expensive though.

I think Windows comes with a "free" video editing program called "Movie Maker" you might already have that installed on your PC.

Wish I could be more helpful...

Good luck!

I've only ever used the free software for Windows (Movie Maker) and Mac (iMovie) and I thought both were good for what you need.

I checked, and I don't think I have Windows Movie Maker. So, I guess I'd have to purchase all the necessary software for such an endeavor?

Thanks a lot for the download link! I just now downloaded it.

Would it be possible for me to make an entire movie using only pictures and songs I find from the internet, as well as a recording of my own voice? That's what I was initially planning to do.

Yeah, I think so, I've never done one with a voice recording myself though.
