Last night I made a ham steak, cornbread muffins, fresh tomatoes, steamed carrots and a brown rice pilaf with spices similar to pork stuffing. Left over apple pie I made Sunday for dessert.

Breakfast I made eggs and used the left over ham for my wife who goes to work early and later cold cereal for me and the kids, I had raisin bran and whole milk.

Lunch was an apple, cup of yogurt and some grapes.

Planning a tuna/noodle casserole for dinner and some watermelon for dessert.

Today...

A whole pot of coffee. (drunk between the hours of 7-11:30 am)

Almost a gallon of water. I fill 5 one liter water bottles every morning and drink them all day. I have to drink lots of water.

Breakfast was generic PLAIN cheerios with a banana sliced into it. I don't like those nasty yogurty strawberry cheerios or honey nut.

Mid morning snack was smooth, low sugar peanut butter and saltines, with apple and cheese slices.

Mid afternoon snack was a healthy milkshake, made with no sugar ice cream, skim milk, a carton of non fat yogurt and frozen strawberries.

Dinner will be a vegetarian lasagna and a few slices of garlic toast and low fat chocolate milk.

All I've had today is a bowl of Life cereal for breakfast, a three small slices of pizza for lunch, and as a slight snack I ate a little bit of Quaker granola (it's actually quite tasty). I didn't eat much today, obviously; sometimes I just don't eat that much in a given day. I should've probably eaten a little more since I'm light enough, and I go running almost everyday of the week (I'm on the crosscountry and track teams at school; I'm currently training for my summer holiday).

I don't eat much.

Brunch: 4:15pm (I really slept in today)

-Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with 1% milk

Late Dinner: 9pmish

-A&W Swiss Veggie Deluxe combo

For those of you not blessed with A&W burgers, a Swiss Veggie Deluxe consists of:

-Veggie patty made up mostly of portobello mushrooms
-Swiss cheese
-tomato
-lettuce
-onions & pickles (I removed)
-Whole wheat bun with light ranch dressing

MMMM! Really good for you too. I guess I blew it with the fries and iced tea though. But the iced tea is TOO sweet, so I watered it down alot.
