Do you have one?
Not everyone does.
I don't think I do.

I was born with a very distinguishing strawberry birthmark between my eyebrows. It had faded by the time I was a teenager.

Yes, but you aren't going to identify me on the street by it. Well, unless I'm streaking.

I do. It's hard for me to see, though, since it's on the back of my upper leg.

I have a very faint light brown birth mark on my left knee - can only really be seen with a [fake] tan, and it looks like a spilled drop of tea.

I was also born with a HUGE strawberry birthmark on my stomach - went away when I was around 5 years old.

I have two 'beauty spots' too, one on my left hip and one 'lower down'.

so did i (on the inside). i had it surgically removed.

that procedure spared me several harrowing sessions of mandatory school sports, for which i am grateful.

they used a technique where instead of multiple stitches, there was one piece of nylon weaving continuosly through the skin iyswim. a large knot is tied at one end only, so removal is easy - simply pulling on the knot. When i had the stitch removed i was in the other end of the country & they must have been unfamiliar with the technique - she tried to pull it out backwards, dragging the knot through healed skin. ouch!

I have a lot of moles on my body but all of those are small. I have them mostly on my arms. I have also a mark between the thumb of my right hand and the next finger: it looks a bit like a small, red, round scar but it's probably just a birthmark - I don't remember if I had it since I was born, probably not.
