No. You cant do that at any of the fast-food places I go to because they give you bottled water which is more expensive than soda.

I refill my soda & no one ever cares except at the eatery places at Greyhound bus stops but that's not really fast-food; it's gas station quality food at the price of a cheap restaurant.
