Why do you think its more difficult?

From experience people who are outspoken, blunt, frank and unreserved are quite hard too deal with compared too people who are gracious and reserved.

why do you think people who are free spoken or blunt are not easy too deal with?

Probably because people who speak their mind are more likely to say something that will hurt your feelings and people who are "gracious and reserved" manage not to, either out of wisdom or fear. Working with the general public previously, most of them don't care what comes out of their mouths, but it sure as Hell matters to them what you say.

My experience dealing with people like that; it's because they tend to push themselves on people, kind of take charge, dominate conversations & don't let the other person get space
