In school or in your community, what activities have you been involved in?

Do you do stuff either because you want to do them or to help yourself become more interactive?

I'm not currently involved in any. I've been a stay at home mom to two children under school age for almost 5 years now.

When I do involve myself in community activities, it's because I want to do it. I have very little desire to interact with people on a regular basis. It takes a passion for the activity itself to override my hermitty nature.

I'm sometimes involved with the activities of my extracurricular clubs on campus; namely, the Gay-Straight Alliance and the Sociology-Psychology Club. I'm joining two more organizations this semester and I hope to be involved in more activities with them than last year.

Actually yes, for the first time since I think high school lol. This summer played roller hockey for the city league. Was a blast, can't wait until next summer to start playing again. There was a flag football league for the fall but it unfortunately plays on sundays, and I'm not going to miss watching real football for playing flag football so skipped out on that lol. But will be doing softball in the spring with the same group of people.

It was fun, and when i thought about it and got through it, it's really not very social, there's no need to constantly be making small talk, all the talk is game related, then beers after where it's more talk about the game lol. And it's not a like competitive official league, just community ran, even is coed.

I am involved with the costume guild. So we do lots of conventions and fun things like we had a mad hatters party where i dressed up as a queen of hearts. we go to medieval fairs and are running the zombie walk in a few weeks.

I am also involved in volunteering at a retirement village and a few other places.

Next summer i will be playing CityBeach volleyball.

I am also getting back into marching bands

I volunteered at a food-bank a couple times a year when I was in high-school because it was a Catholic school & we had to due service hours. I got involved with the Schriever Lions Club about a month ago. I've been putting the tickets for their fund raiser bazaar that's end of this month in zip-lock bags for em to sell
