My kids and I have been talking about the idea of a theme Christmas this year. Now, I'm not sure exactly how we would go about it, but I was thinking maybe use the theme for music and food, etc. Some decor as well, although my youngest daughter and I put up the indoor decorations on Saturday. The only thing left to decorate is the tree, and we will be getting that at some point this week or this coming weekend.
So, we thought about Victorian or Medieval.
Anybody have any thoughts on either, or even another theme? Also, any ideas on things to do to incorporate the theme into Christmas. I've been Googling all over the place and found a few things we can do. We are going to have to decide on something within a few days, because I need to make my grocery list, etc.

I think a lot of people will be too economically devastated before then.
BTW, it doesn't matter what a bunch of Mayans said, Leonard Nimoy said it would happen Dec 24, 2011. Which do you think holds more weight?
