Regrettably, yes. I've been smoking for over twenty-five years, and I burn through roughly a pack per day. Stupid, self-destructive addiction, but I keep on lighting up. [hangs head in shame]
I bought an e-cigarette kit, but I haven't given it much of a chance so far. Really should do that.
What I always tell people who r starting with e-cigs, is that basically the way you inhale is different from the trad. Take longer and gentler draws, and you still r blowing out a smoke like substance which in fact is just vapours, for effect. I am just saying this because many people I know don't realize that they r supposed to blow out "smoke". I have tried 3 different brands of e-cigs. One was horrendous, the other one was great but the battery started malfunctioning and now I smoke one that is called Nicotex. I dont know which one you've bought, I hope it's a good one! It takes a little bit of getting used to but I think it's worth it and actually healthier than trad cigs as it contains no chemicals.
