I think it's pretty funny.......except for the drunk driver comment and I thought the Temple Grandin was kind of weird.

I didn't particularly think it was funny at all.

Overall, I think it portrays AS in a false/poor manner to those who aren't aware of what AS really is :/

Even if it was a more correct representation... I'm not that big into the style of humor used either

To me it looks like they are laughing at people on the specrtrum not with them, and no I didn't find it at all funny. Seems like I'm in the minority with this thought though.

I agree it laughs AT people actually; But my humour is such that I prefer jokes about familiar subjects.

I just thought "meh" - because the writers have taken the obvious stereotypes and done nothing with them. They simply have actors mimicking the traits and while I don't think it's done maliciously or with any intent to offend - no original humour is added either. It's just dull.
Compare with The Onion's "autistic reporter" sketches: they've also taken the obvious, stereotypical traits - but wrapped them up into original and funny situational sketches which actually use them for comedic effect, instead of expecting them to be funny on their own.
