I read this everywhere and it's true, but it doesn't seem real to me because I actually find it more comfortable to frown than I do to smile. Scowling is even more comfortable! How come? Anyone else the same?

I don't usually frown nor smile, so it wouldn't really matter anyways. Frowning and smiling use way more muscles than not doing anything at all.

This. No expression uses the least muscles and is the only thing that feels comfortable under my skin. =/

Haha . . . My mother always used to tell me this; and that my face would set in a scowl. I don't mind, it's most comfortable to have no expression at all.

When people say that to me I don't like it because I'm usually not frowning. That is my default relaxed facial expression.

Actually I've been told I smile a lot. So my face probably won't be jacked. Oh well.
