Greetings fellow aliens. :alien: My Executive Function Disorder keeps my life in a mess. I am way behind on chores, errands, and paperwork. I need to find time out of each week to get more of these things done. I spend to much time on the john, but with IBS, I have no choice in the matter, so I can't take any of that time for stuff. I can't cut back on TV watching to gain some time, as I haven't watched TV in over a year. I'm not able to get broad cast signals because the mountains blocked them all, and I don't have cable or satellite hookup, so I was just watching videos and DVDs, until the very old TV broke--over a year ago. I plan on getting another one soon. The only other big chunk of time where I can trim some off for essential stuff is in my PC time. The biggest chunk of my PC time is spent on WP--usually at least 4 hours each time I come online, so I am going to have to cut back on my WP time. I won't give it up completely, though. I think I will be able to carve out enough time to get stuff done if I just cut down to only logging on to WP approx once a week, instead of every time I log on to the PC. Because I don't have TV any more, I do need to still visit other sites for my news, and to do my emails, so I can't cut back on those. Unfortunately, I have to cut back on WP for a while, at least until I can get caught up on stuff around here. So, today was my weekly visit for this week. I will check a few more posts and then head for the kitchen, as I am way overdue for a meal. Then the bathroom, and then a much delayed visit to Sleepy Land. :tired:

P.S. I hope no one here is suffering too much from the bad weather afflicting so much of the country (USA). It delayed me coming online for several hours today. I was tired due to my sleep apnea, so I managed to doze a little through the several hours long thunderstorm this afternoon. :tired:

I have some issues with time keeping too, discipline is key I would think, which it sounds like you are. I hope you manage to find a balance. :)
