is anyone here close to their family or do you resent your family and don't talk to them?

I'm very close to my family, actually.They've supported me in whatever I've chosen to do in my life, and I'm thankful for that.

I am very close to my family, particularly my mom and brother (though all of my family members treat me kindly).

Most of my family members are nice, but I'm really close to my mom, step-dad, and my grandparents.

I'm not as close with them as I'd like. There's nothing wrong with them, I love them and like being around them. But there's just this sort of disconnect with them. I'm not involved in their lives, and they're not involved in mine. At least, not in the way that they all seem to be with each other.

I'm pretty close to my parents. The rest are distant.
