in austria ??

i don't know what to choose:
learning here in israel or learning abroad.

can you help me to decide?

i also have a learning problem that makes it hard for me to learn, so i need to solve that also,

let me know if you have good ideas for me,
for example a place to learn in austria,

i plan to just visit there some time soon
