Here's mine:
OK, so this happened to me when i was about 15 years old.
My dad, my two siblings, me and a couple of friends of the family had chosen to camp for a couple of days. Since the weather was very warm most of our time there, we spent a lot of time swimming in the fresh water nearby were we had set up our tents.
One day me and my dad decided to swim through a watercourse/smaller river, weak enough for us not to be "drowned" by it, strong enough to at least give us something to "fight" against. At the same time we were heading towards the river, there were a couple of other people swimming nearby, plus of course our friends and my siblings not to far out of sight, barbecuing in the camping area.
When we finally got to the river my dad told me how i were to swim along with it, and what to avoid doing. Of course it didn't take me long to get second thoughts, but after thinking a little on the matter i decided to at least give it a try. I told my dad to swim before me, since i wanted to observe first how he made his way along with it, which would make it less scary for me to swim afterwards i imagined. Sooner than i hoped it was my turn, and after having planned in my head how to do it - for the second time, i went for it...
Sadly for me i chickened out a lot quicker than i expected to, and for some reason decided to stop at the exact spot were the river were at it's strongest. In panic i started screaming out loud, while i at the same time grabbed onto a rock beside me. I started yelling for my dad to help me out. While my dad was still far away, but on his way to help me, i started to realize that something just weren't right. Then i understood the river was so strong it had managed to pull my bikini bottom down all the way to my feet. At the same time i had made this observation i heard my dad bursting out in laughter. Of course since i was so frustrated at the time, i didn't feel like laughing nor having anyone laugh at me, so i started screaming loudly: "It's not funny! Just help me for Christ sake!" Somehow i managed to slip the bikini pants back on at the same time my dad (while laughing his brains out) where pulling me by my arms to get me out of the river.
Now having gotten a few seconds to come to my senses, i started to realize that the river actually were a lot smaller than i had pictured it was earlier on. So not only was i worried that day about that more people than my dad might have witnessed my bikini incident, but chances were they also witnessed a 15 year old girl splashing about like a lunatic in a small river, acting like she was being swallowed whole by Niagara Falls.
That was my story - Sorry that it ended up being so long (yes i have a problem sometimes keeping things short)
Feel free to share your story

That's what she deserves for being so sneaky.

The boob thing: It sounds like lots of people have done that, that makes me feel better.
I'm very tall, and there was one day in my 9th grade science class where I spun around and my hand landed with a very loud smack, right in the middle of the cleavage of one of my classmates, and it was up in front of the class. I of course didn't know she was behind me. Both of us were mortified.
I accidentally shut the garage door on top of the family van one afternoon when my mom and I were coming home, when I was 13 I think. I wasn't watching and I didn't realize she'd already pushed the button to open the door, so I reached up and thought I'd do it for her. It came right down on top and dragged across the whole top of the van, and then slammed shut behind us once we were all the way in.
When I was about 6 years old, I learned some bad words from one of the neighborhood kids without knowing what they meant; I only knew you were supposed to say them when you were angry. Later that week, I was at my grandmother's Christmas party she hosts every year, and my friend's sister was horsing around with my friend and scattered the puzzle he and I were working. I promptly cussed her out at the top of my lungs, which made the whole party fall silent and stare at me.
