Psot is a misspelling of post. I can't find any reference in Wikipedia, etc., and Unknown has not been more forthcoming.

That still doesn't make much sense, and Unknown appears to use it as a verb. He describes it as the opposite of post, whatever that means.

maybe its a common typo - because o is next to p - and someone, somewhere decided it was 'cool' to repeat the mistake intentionally.

So, you don't really know?

And what about the derivation. I understand that pwned is owned+1. How did psot come to mean "a post you agree with" or "the opposite of post," and what is the opposite of post anyway? To not post? To delete a post?
